Ladybug steam cleaner warranty

Your product has been manufactured, tested and inspected in accordance with carefully specified engineering requirements and is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

This Limited Warranty for the steam vapor system shall be for the benefit of the original purchaser from the date of purchase as follows: Three (3) years on the boiler component and one (1) year on parts against defects in materials and/or workmanship. An Extended Warranty period applies to OEM product when equipped with TANCS water treatment component as designated herein with a YELLOW stamp stating “TANCS”: Lifetime on the boiler component and one (1) year on parts against defects in materials and/or workmanship.

Certain parts of the equipment are not covered by this Limited Warranty because they require replacement in the course of use due to normal wear by reason of their characteristics. These are normal wear items such as cords, hoses, brushes, switches, squeegee blades, gaskets, etc.

This product incorporates a boiler powered by electricity and is to be used with the electrical current as indicated on the rating plate. This Limited Warranty does not apply to product, which has been subject to use on electrical current other than indicated on the rating plate. This Limited Warranty does not apply to product that has been subject to improper, unreasonable or negligent use, abuse, or the use of parts or accessories, which are not approved by the manufacturer. If repair is done on your equipment by anyone other than those authorized to perform such work, the manufacturer, at its sole option, may determine that this Limited Warranty will not be made. Use of any solution other than potable water will void warranty.

To secure repair or replacement of parts under this Limited Warranty, the following procedure shall be taken. The inoperative product/accessories, together with satisfactory evidence of purchase date, must be delivered with shipping and delivery prepaid, to one of the following:

1. Advanced Vapor Technologies

2. The dealer from whom purchased

3. Any distributor’s service station in the USA

4. Any authorized service department in the USA

Upon compliance with the above, all warranted defects will be repaired or replaced, at no additional charge or cost to the customer, and the subject product shall be returned to the customer with all shipping and delivery charges prepaid.

ADVANCED VAPOR TECHNOLOGIES DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES THAT MAY BE INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PURCHASE, USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT. ADVANCED VAPOR TECHNOLOGIES’ MAXIMUM LIABILITY, IN ANY EVENT, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER. THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE WARRANTY OF ADVANCED VAPOR TECHNOLOGIES, AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THEREFORE, THE TERMS WITHIN THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
